Yay!  Start.io fixed it's group reordering issues. It sounds like it might've just been Chrome.

I was just wondering again if start.io had become another one of those neglected, forgotten projects that the developer never passed on. Thank you, twitter and twitter search for being a fairly reliable to find out the most recent status of some project or other.
